We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased through our website, except in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We may require photos of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

We will provide you with instructions for returning the product to us. All returns must be authorized by us and received within 10 business days of the date of authorization.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. Shipping fees and delivery times for returns and exchanges vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
